| Marshalltown Joint Knives have a carbon steel blade which has been heat treated, hardened, tempered and annealed for an even hardness throughout the blade. There is a slight flexibility to the blade to allow for a smooth action when spreading compound. A full tang runs through the handle for ultimate strength and sturdiness to the product. The handle is fitted with a resilient DuraSoft handle which provides a soft feel, reduces fatigue, and offers excellent durability. This knife has a built in steel hammer end for quick effective hammering. | |
